Abstract
We have studied a complex metric radio event with a super fine structure, observed with the IZMIRAN and ARTEMIS radiospectrographs on February 12, 2010. The event was associated with a surge observed at 195 and 304 Å from and with a coronal mass ejection observed by STEREO A and B instruments near the East and West limbs respectively. On the disk the event was observed at 10 frequencies by the Nançay Radioheliograph, in H-alpha by the Catania observatory and in soft x-rays by GOES SXI. We combined these data, together with MDI longitudinal magnetograms, to get as complete a picture of the event as possible. Our emphasis is on two type-II bursts that occurred near respective maxima in the GOES light curves. The first, associated with the main peak of the event, showed a clear fundamental-harmonic structure, while the emission of the second consisted of three well-separated bands. Using positional information for the type-IIs from the NRH we explore their possible association with the surge, the coronal front and the CME.

Comment
We need soft X-rays images of Hinode XRT in AR 11046 at around 09:40 UT, February 12, 2010, to look a soft X-rays arcade
