Proceedings

The proceedings of the meeting will be published by the Astronomical Society of the Pacific, as one of their conference series (editors: Takashi Sekii, Tetsuya Watanabe and Takashi Sakurai). If you plan to submit your contribution please complete the copyright form and either leave it at the registration desk during the meeting or mail it to the editors (see below for the postal address). Email your LaTeX manuscript file and EPS figure files as attachments to

The page limits are 8 pages for invited talks and 4 pages for the contribution papers (oral/poster). From ASP's website

• Note that all the figures must be in Encapsulated PostScript (eps) format. Colour figures are possible but an additional cost of up to $500 per page will arise and will be charged to the authors.
• All the files are to be named using the first author's surname and, in case of figures, figure numbers. Thus, a LaTeX file must be of the form surname.tex and figure files must be of the form surname_fig1.eps and so on¹.
• For reference and citation follow the ApJ style that can be found at
  http://www.journals.uchicago.edu/page/apj/instruct.html

¹: If you are submitting more than one paper of which you are the first author, and you are submitting these papers in a single email, please use surname1, surname2 etc instead of a plain surname.
