The Hinode-13/IPELS 2019 meeting will be held in the Hongo Campus, The University of Tokyo.

The registration desk will be open in front of Ito hall (B2F) in Ito International Research Center during the meeting. Participants are asked to stop there for the registration on the first day of participation.

Getting to the University of Tokyo, Hongo Campus

From Narita Airport (NRT), take JR Narita Express to Tokyo Station, then take Subway Marunouchi-Line to Hongo-sanchome Station. Many other options are available to the Tokyo downtown, such as Keisei Skyliner and Limousine bus.

From Haneda Airport (HND), take Keikyu Line to Shinagawa Station or Tokyo Monorail to Hamamatsucho Station, then take JR Yamanote Line (or other JR lines) to Tokyo Station. Then take Subway Marunouchi Line to Hongo-sanchome Station.

Getting to the registration desk in Ito International Research Center

  1. The closest subway stations are Marunouchi-Line Hongo-sanchome Station (M21) and Oedo-Line Hongo-sanchome Station (E 08).
  2. Walk to Akamon (gate) from the station. About 5 minutes.
